Legoland is a popular family hotspot which can keep children entertained for hours and even days on end. There is plenty of shopping to be done in Windsor UK and with such a vast array of retailers there really is something for everyone. From High Street chains to designer shops and quaint little boutiques, it can be easy to spend a small fortune but even the window shopping is equally as enjoyable.

If you are looking for a unique way to explore the town then an open top double decker bus tour is a great way to do this. There are frequent services throughout the day and passengers can choose to stay on board for the entire 45 minute journey or they can get on and off at as many of the 11 hop-on-hop-off stops along the route.

When visiting Windsor it is well worth taking the short walk across the river into Eton. Not only is this little town very picturesque, it also prides itself on its famous boys' college, antique shops and cosy English pubs.

One of the greatest things about Windsor UK is that you can spend a whole day there and if you don't want to, you wouldn't have to spend a penny.
